Simulated diamonds are non-mined gems with similar optical and physical characteristics to diamonds, but with their own unique molecular make up and chemical composition. There are several types of simulated diamonds on the market today including moissanite, cubic zirconia, white sapphire, clear quartz, crystal. Standard shipping for international markets takes 5 - 10 working days from the date of dispatch from our UK Distribution Centre.

But, in the unlikely event that any of your gems get damaged or dislodged from their mountings, we’ll replace your jewellery piece with a brand new one for a nominal fee of 15% of its regular Retail Selling Price (RSP) at the time of replacement and we’ll ship it to you free inside the UK.
