Tru-Diamonds™ settings can last a lifetime with proper care. But contact with lotions, creams, perfume, detergents, grit, dirt, etc. can have an impact on the longevity of your setting. So, if your setting does become worn or tarnished, we’ll replace your jewellery piece with a brand new one for just 15% of our regular Retail Selling Price (RSP) at the time of replacement and we’ll ship it to you free within the UK. If your mounting is defective in manufacture, no restocking fee will be charged.

Last on, first off – Put your jewellery on after applying perfume, lotions, or makeup, and remove it before undressing. 

Avoid contact – Keep away from water, sweat, cleaning agents, and cosmetics. 

Handle gently – Plated surfaces are delicate; avoid knocks and friction. 

🧼 Cleaning 

Wipe after each wear with a soft lint-free cloth. 

For a deeper clean: rinse gently in lukewarm water with a drop of mild soap, then dry thoroughly. 

❌ Avoid silver dips, ultrasonic cleaners, and toothpaste. 

📦 Storage 

Store in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box to prevent scratches. 

Keep pieces separate to avoid tangling or rubbing. 

Place in a cool, dry space – never in the bathroom. 

How long will it take to deliver my jewellery? 

Orders are processed immediately upon receipt and you can expect to receive your jewellery within 2 - 3 business days if the item is in stock. Items not in stock may take 14 - 21 days as Tru-Diamonds™ jewellery is not mass produced and each item is carefully crafted, and hand finished.
