Join the Tru-Rewards Club and earn Points as you spend. Once you’ve created an account, you can also earn Points by reviewing our products, signing up to receive SMS notifications, and by following us on social media via your account. For more information, please refer to the details above.

You will get £5.00 off for every 100 Points earned.

You start collecting Points for purchases made after joining the club. Please ensure that you have created an account before placing your order, to ensure that you start earning Points as quickly as possible!

Your status will remain until you’re promoted to the next tier, based on how much you have spent with us. Your rewards status will not expire - you can only move up in our world!

Only one coupon can be used to redeem your Points in a purchase.

Not at all - the more you spend, the more you earn!

Your Points do not expire; you can redeem them whenever you’re ready. 

The maximum number of Points that you can redeem in a single purchase, is 2000 Points.

1. Log into your account on our Tru-Rewards page.

2. Scroll down to the section about redeeming your Points.

3. Click the redeem button on the coupon value you'd like to receive.

4. You'll then get a pop-up with a coupon code for you to use in checkout.

5. Enjoy your shopping!

6. Click on your cart, and when you proceed to checkout, simply enter your coupon code.

No - your Points cannot be exchanged for monetary value. 

If you are returning your order, we will refund you the total amount that you’ve spent after the discount was applied. The Points that you used to redeem the discount will also be added back into your account for you to use on your next order. No part-refunds can be accepted from orders placed with your Tru-Rewards Club coupon. Replacements are only applicable on items sold at the same Retail Selling Price.

Our membership tiers are based on how much you’ve spent with us since signing up to the Tru-Rewards Club. The more you spend, the more you'll be rewarded!

Here's an overview of or our different tier requirements:
Silver Membership: £0 - £249
Gold Membership: £250 - £2,499
Platinum Membership: £2,500 - £4,999
Diamond Membership: £5,000+

You’ll receive your anniversary reward every year on the day that you’ve joined our Tru-Rewards Club, as a celebratory gift from us.

We know you’ll love being part of the Tru-Rewards Club, but if for some reason, you’re wanting to opt-out, please get in touch with us at service@trudiamonds.co.uk to do so. 

You will drop to the Silver tier and will lose all points accumulated in your account. You will, therefore, begin to collect points again as this will be created as a completely new account.
