1. Your relationship with Tru-Diamonds Limited (“Tru”)

  1. These Terms & Conditions (“T’s & C’s”) set out the agreement between Tru and you in relation to the Louis Vuitton Handbag Give-Away (“the Give-Away”)
  2. You will be deemed to accept these T’s & C’s, or any subsequently amended version of these T’s & C’s, if you enter the Give-Away.
  3. Tru shall use and take care of any personal information you provide to Tru as described in Tru’s privacy policy and in accordance with current UK Data Protection legislation. Tru will not disclose this personal information to a third party without your consent. By entering the Give-Away, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Give-Away entry and other upcoming promotions. You may unsubscribe, at any time, by using the “Unsubscribe” link on Tru emails or by emailing service@trudiamonds.com

 

 2. Give-Away rules

  1. The Give-Away is organised by Tru-Diamonds Limited of Unit 4 Del Guerra Court, Gelligron Industrial Estate, Tonyrefail, CF39 8ES, United Kingdom.
  2. Tru reserves the right from time to time and at any time to cancel, discontinue temporarily or permanently or amend the Give-Away or these rules with or without prior notice (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).
  3. In the event of any dispute regarding the rules, notice, conduct or result of the Give-Away, the decision of Tru-Diamonds Limited shall be final and binding and no other correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
  4. Every customer that places an order with Tru-Diamonds Limited between 1st June and 30th June 2024 will automatically be entered into the Give-Away each time they order.
  5. Winner(s) will be chosen by means of a random draw process on or before 7th July 2024 and all eligible entries received by midnight on 30th June 2024 will be included.
  6. To enter the Give-Away you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tru-Diamonds Limited or its group companies, any company involved in the Give-Away, or any advertising agency or web company connected with Tru, are not eligible to enter. Proof of identity and age may be required and Tru reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. Entries will be void if coming from any country or territory where they are prohibited by law. A purchase is not obligatory to enter the Give-Away - see Postal Entries for details.
  7. The winner will receive a Louis Vuitton Neverfull MM Tote Bag which will be delivered by trackable mail or courier within seven days of the winner being verified and confirmed.
  8. The prize winner will be notified by telephone and/or email. Once notified and confirmed, the winner’s name and photograph may be published on the Tru-Diamonds website and social media. If a winner does not respond to Tru’s email within 7 days of being notified by Tru, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and Tru shall be entitled to select another winner at random from all remaining entrants (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 7 days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these rules, the winner's prize will be forfeited and Tru will draw another winner.
  9. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative.
  10. The winner hereby agrees to provide a clear photograph of themselves holding and displaying their prize for identification, publicity and social media purposes. They further acknowledge that they may be required to take part in promotional activity related to the Give-Away including being featured in Tru social media and the winner shall participate in such activity on Tru’s reasonable request such as a blog featuring winner’s experience of prize.

    The winner consents to the use by Tru and its related companies of the winner's image, photograph and name and town or city of residence for publicity purposes in any medium including any websites hosted by Tru and its related companies and on any social media account controlled by Tru, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts) and in advertising, marketing or promotional material without additional compensation or prior notice. In entering the Give-Away you specifically acknowledge and consent to the T’s & C’s set out in this clause.
  11. Tru accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Give-Away or accepting the prize. Tru further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Give-Away. Tru accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by Tru.
  12. To enter the Give-Away without making a purchase, you must first register an account on the Tru website, if you do not already have one. To register an account online you will be asked to provide an email address or to sign in via a social media account, such as Facebook or Gmail. You must then send a postal entry to the Tru Processing Centre, P O Box 90, Porth, CF40 9BL, Wales which must be received by the closing date of the Give-Away as stated on the Website. Late entries cannot be accepted.

    Your postal entry must confirm that you have read, understand and accept these Terms and Conditions. It should be submitted on an open postcard, sent by first or second class mail and must include your full name. date of birth, email address, postal address, contact telephone number (“Contact Details”) and the Give-Away prize for which you are entering. These Contact Details will be used to notify the Winner if they have won a Prize and in any other way set out in our Privacy Policy on the Website.
  13. By entering the Give-Away you agree for Tru-Diamonds Limited and its selected partners to contact you with newsletters and/or future product offers that Tru believes may interest you. If you would prefer not to receive these offers you will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email that Tru sends to you or please email service@trudiamonds.com.

 

3. General legal terms

  1. These terms, together with Tru’s website terms of use and privacy policy, constitute the whole legal agreement between you and Tru in relation to your entry to the Give-Away.
  2. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Tru’s liability for losses which may not be excluded or limited by applicable law. Subject to this, Tru shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage which may be suffered by you in relation to your entry to the Give-Away, including indirect or consequential losses such as loss of profit , loss of goodwill or business reputation, or loss of data suffered by you.
  3. Tru shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
  4. You acknowledge and agree that each member of the group of companies of which Tru is a part may directly enforce, and rely upon, any provision of these terms. Other than this, no other person or company may benefit from these terms.
  5. These terms, shall be governed by English law. Tru and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any legal matter arising from these terms.
